I think Theron wins this one. Size and youth will carry her over Teri especially because I would imagine that both would have similar skills in a fight (not much) and it would probably come down to made the first strike.
Gotta speak up for the underdog as most seemed to think Charlize with cream Teri. Charlize is bigger but the lanky Theron will be too slow for lightning quick Hatcher. Teri will deliver high hard kicks like she did in the movie. Then some punches as Charlize is kicked into the wall and trapped there. Charlize falls leaning against the dresser and Teri bodies her to keep her there and deliver several kidney punches. Charlize is dazed and doesn’t know which way is up as Teri keeps pummeling and kicking her.
Teri is far out-classed in both looks and fighting skill by the Teutonic beauty Charlize. Without a script to help her, Teri would soon be crying and begging for mercy as Charlize tore her to shreds.
Teri traps Charlize in the tub where she cannot use her height. She pins her there holding onto Charlize miniscule tits. Thin rubs her tits in Charlize's face to show her what a real woman's breasts are like.
2 Days In The Valley was my introduction to Charlize Theron. Altho I always liked Teri Hatcher I was really pulling for hot, sexy Charlize. So the movie fight & subsequent denouement for Charlize was a real disapointment.
So my vote is for Charlize to wipe up the floor with Teri in this rematch.

Teri has always been one of my dream girls but the younger but stronger blond would dominate her in a real fight.
Charlize nails Teri with some punches with her longer reach and has Teri staggering. Teri moves in close and bombards the Charlize with body punches. The blonde's thin frail body succumbs to the body blows as Teri works her over.
Teri steps back and knocks Charlize to the floor with a swinging kick to her face. Charlize pulls herself to her knees using the dresser. Teri comes up behind and pins Charlize's body against the dresser with hers. She grabs Charlize's arm and twists it way up behind her back. She grabs the back of Charlize’s head by the hair and mashes her face against the bureau top. The battered Charlize is helpless to stop the onslaught. Teri gleefully cackles a loud laugh as she tortures Charlize. Something she has dreamed of for some time now.
To Charlize this is just a fight. But to Teri is a fulfillment of a desire to destroy the hated blonde.
Charlize is getting the better of Teri contrary to my prediction. Looks like her long arms and legs are finding their marks and battering Teri unconscious. Come on Teri, move in closer and pound her body. You can pull this out yet. Or grab her leg when she kicks and break that spindly matchstick into.
Charlize and Teri had a very close battle here folks!
