The Jersey Shore - Were the Catfights real or staged?

The Daily Mail website in the UK has an interesting article up suggesting that the fight between Snooki and Angelina Pivarnick on the Jersey Shore was nothing more than a stunt to attract more viewership.

They provide convincing evidence as they show one picture during the fight where J-Wow has her sock on and then another picture with the sock off during the scene.

This clearly demonstrates that the scene was re-shot and obviously implies that the action and feud were completely scripted.

Ringo tried to contact the management for both ladies to participate in a real, unscripted, Catfight Report Challenge matchup but I did not hear back from either camps.

Angelina is the hotter of the two (in my opinion) and I hope she gets the win.

But, as with most TV catfights, expect it to be broken up with no clear winner whatsoever.
