Sure, people who come to this website like catfights.
Certainly, the love of catfights for some people derived from schoolgirl tussles they witnessed as a youth. However, filming underage females and putting them on video is rightfully immoral and illegal.
Reports claim a 34 year old American man named Joseph Christian Bogo was caught filming underage females topless in some type of a tent in Barangay Malbago, Daanbantayan, North Cebu.
The ages of the females are as follows: 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21 and 23.
Obviously, I don't know all the details. I don't know if it was a slight on this man's part or if the girls misrepresented themselves. Either way, when you are dealing with females that young, you should absolutely be sure to have ID of some sort.
If they fake an ID, at the very least you have proof if you always make photocopies.
But, again, I don't know the full situation here as I don't know if this man willingly and knowingly was filming underage women or if it was an honest mistake of some sort. Either way, he looks to be in trouble, and let this be a lesson to all of those out there who engage in filming content for the catfight and female wrestling industry.
Be careful.
If the ladies look young, verify. Even if they don't look young, verify anyway. I am 31 years old and still get carded when I go to a nightclub or buy a pack of cigarettes.
It is better to be safe than sorry especially when you are producing content.
Bogo, who is now detained in Daanbantayan police station, will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9208 or the Child Trafficking Act and RA 7610 or the Child Abuse Act.
Initial investigation showed the American lives with his fiancée in Bogo City. His girlfriend said she was not aware of the American’s activities.
