That my friends............is Rena Mero. Otherwise known as Sable in that wrestling federation called World Wrestling Entertainment. (WWE)



Rena Mero is our next addition to the Catfight Report Hall of Fame. Not only has she wrestled many women in the wrestling ring, but she has appeared in 2 movie catfights that we are aware of.

Rena Mero is without a doubt one of my favorite females of all time. She is an awesome combination of great looks, physical conditioning, combined with an extremely sexy and sassy attitude.

Here are some of the movies and tv shows were Rena Mero has appeared in a catfight with another female.

PACIFIC BLUE: (2)

Rena Mero took on the role of being an inmate in a women's prison. She was in fantastic physical condition during the filming of this episode as evidenced by her workout scenes in this show! It was the fourth season of the TV show "Pacific Blue" and the episode name was titled "Heat in the Hole."

Rena fights with Pacific Blue regular and cop Darlene Vogel. The fight was not a very long one, but I'm certain Sable fans will enjoy. At the end of the episode Rena Mero gets into a fight with a female prison guard as well. Neither of these fights are very long but they are worth checking out.

RELIC HUNTER: (1)

Tia Carrere and Rena Mero go head to head in an episode called "Nine Lives."
The catfight was not bad at all and one of our favorites that Rena has participated in.
(We would have been happier if she won the catfight!)

Ariana's Quest: (1)

Rena Mero plays the part of a princess who is trying to fend off bad people from a nearby kingdom. She does eventually get in a sword fight with a woman that I believe is named Daniela Krhut. For those of you who love a good sword fight between two hot women.....I would recommend checking this out!

The Catfight Report dug up an old Youtube video of an interview where Sable (Rena Mero) got into a very heated and real argument with Chyna (Joanie Laurer).

All in all..........we feel that Sable-Rena Mero was a true hellcat and hopefully her catfighting and/or wrestling career is not over! We would absolutely love to see her dominate another female in a catfight or wrestling match.

She certainly qualifies to be in our Hall of Fame and we are more than proud to induct her today.
(in our biased opinion of course!)

I'm back. Did you miss me? I have so much to blog about.

First and foremost, I wanted to thank everyone for the outpouring of wonderful thoughts and wishes after my retirement from WWE. It was nice to read blogs from friends and fellow Divas Trish, Torrie and Michelle McDrool. They mentioned what a great wrestler, and great person I am. And they are very perceptive...LOL...And JR's blog is the unofficial official blog of WWE, so it was nice to be mentioned. But what meant the most was the tons of messages from wrestling fans and MySpace friends who let me know how much my career has impacted them. I truly can't tell you all how much that means to me.

Okay, if you know me, you should be expecting this...cheap plug time. In my first unofficial appearance, I will be at the Chicago Auto Show in the Chrysler booth this weekend with the 300 that I customized. I'll be wandering the show, but I'm planning on being at my car in the Chrysler booth from 2-4 PM this coming Saturday. Stop by and say 'Hello'.

But my first actual appearance is going to be at the Carl Casper Custom Auto Show in Louisville, KY. I am going to have a booth for Black Widow Customs with a couple cars we built, and I will be doing signings on Friday and Saturday, Feb 20th and 21st from 7-9 PM.

I have really increased my jiu-jitsu training. I was even training on vacation. Again, if you know me, I'm 1000% about anything I do. Now that I'm back in Louisville, I've moved from a straight Jiu-Jitsu program into a full MMA training program. I have also been contacted by several agents, a couple of whom represent current and former UFC Champions. But I think that's putting the cart in front of the horse. I think they think I can fill seats. I'll sign with someone if and when I feel that I can be a top level competitor.

And finally, some girls don't like to let people know it's their birthday because they're afraid of getting older. Or they don't like the attention. Well...that's not me!!! It's my birthday on Tuesday !!! Wish me a Happy Birthday !!!

Subject: Vomit in my Hair

Hey MySpacers !!!

Yeah, that's right. I had vomit in my hair. I've been training like nobody's business. All sorts of insane MMA workouts and exercises that only a sadist could think of. I really feel like I'm making incredible progress. But the other day, I ate too close to a workout. And I threw up. Puke in my own hair. I'm not in Diva-Land anymore. Just call me Pukey McBarfov. I haven't trained this hard since my fitness competition days.

I will be making an appearance at the Carl Casper Auto Show in Louisville on Friday and Saturday night from 7-9 PM. It will be right across from my Black Widow Customs booth at the show where I will be showing my latest build, that we literally are finishing at the show! It is "The Green Machine", and it was so much fun to put together. Both nights I will be with members of my MMA training team. Friday night it will be UFC and Pride Veteran Alex "The Brazilian Killa" Stiebling.

I had a blast in Chicago at the Chicago Auto Show last week. I ate so much good food too. One night, I went to Chinatown's Three Happiness restaurant and ate Chicken Feet. Another night, I went to Brazzaz, a Brazilian steakhouse where they keep bringing meats around on skewers until you ask them to stop. I also had Sushi at SushiSamba, a restaurant that I always go to with Lillian when I'm in New York, but is now in Chicago.

I don't know if I ever mentioned that my doggie adoption went through. I adopted Sophie, a pit bull. She is super happy and friendly, but she definitely needs the obedience school that I've already signed her up for.
I'm gonna try to post pics with my blogs. This is my first attempt. If you see pics, it's because I'm smart. If you don't, it's definitely the computer's fault...

How do you feel about a sexy blond that can most likely thrill in the bedroom, but can also wrestle you into a submission if you stepped out of line with her?

That would fit the description of independent wrestling star Amber O'Neal.

At 5'8" tall, and a very fit 140lbs, she is the epitome of a man's wet dream. Her wrestling skills are fluid and smooth as she was trained by none other than the great Leilani Kai.

It was the Catfight Report's lucky day when Amber O'Neal agreed to do an interview with us on some of our favorite subjects.

1. Tell Catfight Report fans about some of the promotions you have wrestled for, and some of your favorite female opponents you have faced.

AMBER O'NEAL: CWF, MID-ATLANTIC, NWA-MID ATLANTIC, TNA/UWF , CWA, ARE THE MOST PRESTIGIOUS ONES IN THE MID ATLANTIC AREA!

ALWAYS GREAT CROWDS, GREAT ENERGY, AND FANS BUY GREAT MERCHANDISE IN THESE AREAS. SHIMMER IS OF COURSE MY NORTHERN MAINSTAY FED, AND IT IS A FABULOUS FED. THE INTERNET AND MEDIA EXPOSURE ARE GREAT AND MOST OF ALL THE FANS THERE ARE PHENOMENAL.

THE GIRLS IN THAT AREA ARE SOOO TOUGH!

MERCEDES AND WESNA ARE THE TOUGHEST I HAVE FACED THERE THUS FAR! THE GIRLS DOWN SOUTH ARE SOOOOO TALENTED AS WELL AND HAVE TONS OF PERSONALITY!!

ALWAYS MAKES FOR EXTREMELY FUN SHOWS! I LOVE TO WORK BOTH AREAS BECAUSE ITS VERY DIFFERENT AND I AM CONSTANTLY LEARNING AND CHALLENGING MYSELF OPPOSED TO SAME THING ALL THE TIME!

2. Out of all of the females you have wrestled, which women would you say are the toughest in real life and why?

AMBER O'NEAL: WESNA-HAVE YOU SEEN HER! SHES TUFFFFFF!

ONE OF MY BIGGEST CHALLENGES TO THIS DAY!

MERCEDES MARTINEZ- WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE HOW MUCH I RESPECT THIS GIRL! IN AND OUTSIDE OF THE RING! SHE IS STRONG IN THE RING AND PERSONALITY TO GO ALONG WITH IT! SHE PUSHES ME AND MAKES ME WANT TO WORK HARD FOR HER! LOVE TO WATCH HER STUFF!

3. Have you ever been in any real catfights in your life? If so, what were the juicy details positive and negative?

AMBER O'NEAL: SEVERAL! IF U STRIKE ME THE WRONG WAY I VERY MUCH BECOME THE UNPREDICTABLE AMBER ONEAL-AND A PUNCH RIGHT TO THE FACE USUALLY COMES ALONG WITH IT! THAT'S ABOUT ALL THE DETAIL I HAVE FOR MY REAL LIFE FIGHTS! LOL.

4. What was the most heated real catfight you have ever witnessed personally between other females?

AMBER O'NEAL: NOT SURE! CANT THINK OF ANY OFF TOP OF MY HEAD

5. If "Team Blondage", Amber O'Neal and Krissy Vaine, wrestled in a real, non-scripted, apartment style wrestling match, who would emerge as the winner and why?

AMBER O'NEAL: THAT WOULD NEVER HAPPEN

6. How tough is Amber O'Neal in real life? Is she a lady to be messed with?

AMBER O'NEAL: I AM A VERY TOUGH FEMALE! NOT JUST IN THE RING OR STRENGTH! I HAVE CONQUERED AND FOUGHT A LOT THROUGH HARDSHIPS IN MY LIFE AND CONQUERING THOSE TIMES IS WHAT I AM MOST PROUD OF!

7. As a wrestler, do you get a greater pleasure out of being a heel, or a face, and why?

AMBER O'NEAL: I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE BEING A HEEL! IT LEAVES SO MUCH ROOM FOR CREATIVITY BUUUUT TEAM BLONDAGE IS SWEET ANGELIC GODDESSES THIS GO ROUND! VERY HOT! FANS WILL LOVE IT!

8. Unlike some females that watch wrestling, many males that watch female wrestling watch it for a sexual thrill. The vision of two scantily clad beauties going at it is very hot indeed. Many men love a sexy finishing maneuver! We don't see enough of it in mainstream wrestling! A DDT as a finisher is not as sexy as a humiliating facesit for example. Or a figure 4 headscissors while taunting your opponent, or even a humiliating breast smother. What are some sexy finishing maneuvers that you might consider in the future that you feel would turn the guys on? Or, are you against this line of thought?

AMBER O'NEAL: I DONT LOOK AT THIS SPORT AS SEXY! ITS A TOUGH SPORT AND MY KNEE INJURY AND CURRENT INJURED NECK PROVES THAT I THINK! :-) NOTHING SEXY ABOUT KNEE RECONSTRUCTION OR HURT NECK!

CATFIGHT REPORT INTERVIEW QUESTIONS WITH LIZ LIGHTSPEED

1. You wrestle men and women. Which gives you a better thrill and why?

LIZ LIGHTSPEED: I love to wrestle both! Women don’t care that you are a woman…it just makes them want to kick your ass more, men seem a bit intimidated.


Liz shows above that she can kick a man's ass just as well as a woman's!

2. Your website notes that you are a martial artist and a boxer. What other styles of combat are you trained in and how would you gauge your experience level?

LIZ LIGHTSPEED: I am very acrobatic and ninja like…I am like a cat. I can fly through the air and land on the ground and not make a sound. I am very flexible and my body can do about anything as far as strength, flexibility, agility, and endurance. I have much training in Kung Fu.

3. Have you ever been in any real catfights with other women? If so, could you give us the full details positive and negative?

LIZ LIGHTSPEED: Actually, I have great respect for women and I am not a violent person. I avoid it at all costs…I am however a good sport, I am fair and I fight with my mind first and usually win like that. I have however had to put a man or 2 in his place.

4. Where do you think your career is headed more towards? Scripted stuff or real action.......and why?

LIZ LIGHTSPEED: I will always do the more competitive and semi competitive stuff…just because I am very good at it! I will do scripted as well.

5. If you could pick 3 females anywhere in the world that you could face in a straight up fight, who would they be, and what would be the individual results of all 3 of those battles be in your mind?

LIZ LIGHTSPEED: Open to anyone, but I someone who fights fair and is a good sport.. Don’t like fighting women who turn it into a real fight…this is a sport.

6. What is your ideal way to defeat a female opponent? Do you prefer a little humiliation or do you just wrestle for the competitive aspect only? Why?

LIZ LIGHTSPEED: I am a bit of a tease. Depends on the woman’s personality. More for fun.

7. What do you think will be more popular in the future? Real female fighting/wrestling or the scripted stuff?

LIZ LIGHTSPEED: There is always a market for both…I think more than anything, people just want to see beautiful fit woman moving their skillful bodies!! Especially together!

8. Have you witnessed any real catfights that broke out in your industry or in your lifetime that you think our fans would be interested in hearing about?

LIZ LIGHTSPEED: Some have turned into real fights, but sours my relationship with that competitor…not into real fights!! Only fair good sports. Like keeping these women as friends.

9. What else can we expect to see in the future from Liz Lightspeed against other women in a competitive or scripted environment?

LIZ LIGHTSPEED: Bring it!! Hire me, you can see what you want!

Lisa Rinna looking to break out the Catfight Claws if she returns to Melrose Place!

Lisa Rinna is wanting badly to reprise the role of Taylor McBride on Aaron Spelling's new Melrose Place redux.

A quote directly from Lisa Rinna:

"You know I can catfight, I could rock Melrose's world," Rinna told Celebuzz at Saks Fifth Avenue.

"With the wisdom i've had and the growth that I've had over the past ten years?" she asked, placing herself as an obvious choice to be included in the same vein of Jennie Garth and Shannen Doherty on The CW's franchise updated 90210.

While the Catfight Report finds this all very sexy, we do wonder however a few things:

1. Would Aaron bring her back?

2. Would he have her engage in a lot of catfights if she did return?

3. Would she win or lose those catfights?

4. Would the catfights be worth watching, or would it be the standard, lousy, no good, standard TV fare where you:

A: Know who is going to win. (assuming there is a winner.......rare)
B: Know that the catfight is going to get broken up by somebody.
C: You know that it will be less than a minute in length. (if you are lucky)

So, Lisa Rinna, we would LOVE to see you come back, and we would love to see you win and lose catfights on Melrose Place. Please lobby for some good and memorable catfights if you indeed make your return!

Season 3 of Burn Notice to feature a Catfight

Was going through some news today and noticed that Season 3 of the popular TV show "Burn Notice" will be producing a catfight of some sort.

Details are sketchy, but it claims that beautiful Gabrielle Anwar who plays the character of Fiona will be engaging in a "bikini clad catfight" with another woman who makes a claim about how easy it is to steal from kids.

If anyone has any more information on this please update us!
