I was a big fan of the show, but it wasn't because of Sarah Michelle Gellar. I watched this show, almost each and every single time, because of the character of Cordelia which is played by Charisma Carpenter.
She basically encompasses everything I find sexy in a woman. Not only is she incredibly beautiful and sexy, but she has the "sassy" factor. Being a fan of catfights like I am, I realize that each one of us have wide and varying tastes in this genre.
As for me, I like the idea of a sexy cheerleader type dominating a lesser woman physically or even verbally. I had always hoped they would have had an episode where Cordelia would have kicked Buffy's ass totally and absolutely. It never happened, but I wished for it, the entire time I watched Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
As for Charisma Carpenter the woman, she looks like she could give another woman a big time challenge in a catfight.
Does she know any fighting skills? Maybe martial arts, kickboxing, or something of that nature?
I don't know.
But if I was to list what I think would be her most dangerous feature against another woman, I think many of us would agree that Charisma's legs, are not only sexy, but look like they could be a very deadly weapon if used as a headscissoring tool.
Could you imagine Sarah Michelle Gellar screaming her surrender to Charisma Carpenter while trapped between those sexy thighs? That's so hot it makes my fingers tremble while typing this!
I do remember a scene from Buffy where she had a very small tangle with Mercedes Mcnab (Harmony) and I remember her slitting some girl's throat when she appeared on the Buffy spin off.........Angel.

I must quickly admit that we have not seen all of the films and TV shows that Charisma has appeared in above. So if Charisma has been in a catfight, or a wrestling match with another girl, by god I want to hear about it! :) :) :)
